WENZEL LH Hybrid - The perfect combination of coordinate and gear measuring technology
Premiere at Control: the new WENZEL LH Hybrid.
The innovative 4-axis measuring system combines high-precision gear metrology with the versatility of a classic CMM – for maximum precision and flexibility in a single device.
Versatile.
An integrated rotary table and a motorized counterholder (Z and X axes, 750 mm) enable the efficient measurement of gears, shafts, rotationally symmetrical and prismatic components – even with large dimensions. At the trade show, we will be presenting the LH Hybrid 1210 with a generous measuring range of 1200 x 2500 x 1000 mm.
Precision made of granite.
The base plate and linear axes are made of natural granite for thermally stable and highly accurate measurement results. Axes with air bearings and minimal gap dimensions reduce wear and lower operating costs. The machine does not require a special foundation and can be easily integrated into existing production environments.
